Ventajas
Lots of challenging and interesting projects, caring culture, people are focused on immediate goals.
Desventajas
- In an office-centric culture (dealing with robots and hardware), there are times where work-from-home employees were left out. - Work that don't contribute to immediate deadlines were getting less and less appreciated, likely resulted in re-designing multiple times for the same usecases or even re-invention. I couldn't embrace that well, but I guess that's part of growth pain and is not necessarily bad.
