Ventajas
Well only spent a month with the organisation but I can clearly make out the Owner (Mr. manik) is cooperative but lacks in overall management.
Desventajas
There is a list of cons. 1. If you want stability don't join. Specially if you have worked in big organization like byjus, square yards. It is a small company and Management is way below the standards. 2. They don't respect the hierarchy they will tell you that you will be managing a team and bla bla stuff but soon after you will find you self to be a expensive executive. 3. Commitment in the interviews are never reflecting in real life. During hiring they commit you x no. Of things but while implementing they are not able to deliver that. 4. Before getting a team they want you to perform as an individual contributor which they will never make clear in interview and on offer letter. So they are not able to judge you even after 4 to 5 rounds of interview. 5. They don't provide the right kind of package as well. There are lot of expenses which is involved in this job eg. Travelling. 6. I have not seen this happening to myself but with in the organisation got to know that they stop the salaries and incentive as well. 7. Avoided working in Mumbai Bhandup branch. Co founder present in Mumbai has low management skill, worst decision making skill and zero training skill.
