      Ventajas

      Fully remote work, flexible hours, fun team.

      Desventajas

      CEO uses all technic he can to keep your salary as low as posible. He will try his best to force you giving him the current salary, and use that to lower your salary. After joining, there will be no scheduled salary review, just increment of workloads until you burnout and quit.

      Ventajas

      I was an summer intern in PigeonLab and eventually worked part time during school semester. PigeonLab is a great place to work and learn. People there are friendly and supportive. Communication is fast. Not much hierarchy. Flexible working hours.

      Desventajas

      Start up welfare, lack of team bonding activities.
