They seem to want to have a certain number of people on performance improvement plan at all times. Many qualified employees are not given the chance to move to another department. People are over-worked and under-paid. The stress level is extremely high not so much because of the work itself, but because of the behaviors of managers. Best for young people who are trying to get experience and are willing to sacrifice their personal life in the process.
