Zero growth prospects for anyone working in the marketing function. 6. Reviews are entirely qualitative since there are no established metrics for performance. I was literally told that I should show my face to my boss everyday for a month as a part of my performance improvement plan. Even written and finalized metrics are dismissed if it doesn't suit the guy above you. 7. Management is capricious and expects employees to be clairvoyant to their changing demands. 8. Zero employee skill development or support.
