Management plans good training sessions for SV, UVM and latest Protocols to get the employees accelerate on the project. Good Salary scale. Being a sincere engineer, you will be paid really good. I've had a really good experience working with the CEO , HR and management of the company. Company would provide good opportunities in terms of ASIC, FPGA, SOC - Functional Logic Verification, Design, Gate Level, Physical Design etc. You will have an opportunity to deal and work with leading edge companies in Silicon Valley. Work life balance is good.
