Ventajas
I was fortunate to have been a part of a company with an incredibly friendly and approachable management team. Their understanding nature created a positive work environment, fostering a sense of support among the staff. The HR department's focus on the human side rather than solely aligning with management ensured a fair and compassionate approach. The encouragement for staff to express their opinions without fear of consequences promoted open communication. The annual bonus and increment further motivated employees, and the vibrant Recreation Club added an extra layer of enjoyment with its appealing activities.
Desventajas
Dealing with a department with a toxic work culture can indeed be challenging. Collaborating with them that insists on maintaining the status quo and resists progress can hinder innovation. It’s either their way, or no way.
