      Ventajas

      I started with Patientpoint as a contractor for 2.5 years before being converted to full time, which probably indicates how much I enjoy working at Patientpoint. I am a full time remote employee, which actually is the case for many of us, and it works really well. The work environment is great and I feel like my voice is heard and listened to.

      Desventajas

      We are all held accountable for the work that we commit to, so if you have a challenge working in that type of environment, Patientpoint may not be the place for you! If you are more of a solo player, then you might find working on a highly collaborative team to be difficult to get used to.

      If you would’ve asked me 2 years ago, I’d have significantly more pros than cons, but everything has gone downhill since we got a new CEO. People are being fired left and right for “restructuring,” including those who’ve been with the company 10+ years and are known for doing a good job. It seems the execs want to fire all the people actually doing work and replace them with new senior positions (who may or may not do work) or contract out work. There’s no sense of job security for anyone, and morale is at an all-time low. If you still decide to work here, prepare for a poor orientation that does nothing to prepare you for your job, low pay, extremely slow weeks followed by extremely busy weeks, never being promoted (even though they’ll make you think you will be), and an open-office floor plan where everyone sits on Teams meetings all day.

Decisions related to restructuring are never taken lightly, and when they do occur, we strive to support impacted team members with care and respect. Our focus is on preserving the best parts of the culture and values that have defined PatientPoint, while also evolving and redefining them to build a stronger company for the future. We know there is still work to do, and feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us improve.
