Ventajas
The pay is good, they might let you go remote. The benefits are fine. The vacation days are good as well. The work is also pretty easy although they try really hard to make it seem difficult.
Desventajas
Your manager is going to be either overworked and somewhat unaware of what the job entails or they'll be an idiot. The only way promotion works at this job is just by being there for a while. It is the biggest problem they have the management is poor. Well, the biggest problem is that their slumlords working to make the biggest corporation on the planet richer via the destruction of the US housing market but that's a different problem.
