Where do I begin... The owner's wife talks about other workers behind their backs to the other workers in the building, there are no he a.c lth insurance benefits, no 401k. This place doesn't communicate at all and the owner will tell the workers to do one of the accounts a certain way and the second he leaves the manager does the complete opposite. Half the time a new worker gets hired at this place they are on drugs. This job isn't worth it, you start off at 10 an hour, work 6 days a week, the only holidays that you get off are Christmas day as and Thanksgiving. The most annoying part is the owner and his wife argue with each other in front of the workers every single day. This is the most dysfunctional place I have ever worked for in my life.
