- Aging, out of touch leadership; head in the sand mentality in the face of a crumbling business - Poor/no strategy; only response to crumbling business is to slash costs, gutting the company's talent pool - One of the least diverse management teams in media - Lack of diversity in division leadership as well - Poor pay - Miserable facilities - majority of employees have no office and must work "agile" - i.e., working in tiny cubicles which must be reserved in advance - Zero morale, as a result of wave after wave of layoffs, plus wage cuts, bonus reductions and hiring freezes - Poor, underfunded technology and resources for employees - Streaming product UI and UX are terrible - Lack of originality in programming and marketing - openly relying only on stale, recycled "franchise"
