Respuesta de Paramit
7yAlthough relatively short-lived, we regret that your tenure as part of Paramit’s administrative team was not a happier experience. The first several months on a new job can be a delicate time for an employer and employee, as both strive to learn about each other’s needs, expectations, and value sets. Sometimes, the end result is a realization that the new partnership is not a good fit and a decision is made to part ways. We are disappointed when this happens, but we always appreciate receiving constructive feedback that can help us continue to improve our management practices.
As our business has continued to grow, so has the demand to recruit and hire the most highly skilled and talented people available. Your suggestions about how we can more effectively use our workspace, digital resources and HR personnel to meet this need are being reviewed. We also want to reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment where all team members feel comfortable thinking about and sharing initiatives that they believe will lead to positive work outcomes. Thirty years of success designing and manufacturing highly complex products has taught us the importance of open communication, error-proof processes, efficient work flow management, transparency, and continual innovation. These concepts are, and will continue to be, at the core of our company value set.
Lastly, we believe our compensation and benefits packages are competitive within the industry, and we know from personal experience that our unique Morgan Hill location has much to offer in the way of work/life balance, especially (as you pointed out) when it comes to commute traffic. That extra hour or two Silicon Valley workers spend in their cars each day is time they will never get back. That alone makes living and working in Morgan Hill a very attractive option for many job seekers.
We want to thank you again for your comments, and we wish you luck in your future endeavors.
