Everyone's super approachable and helpful—there’s a real sense of togetherness which makes tough days manageable. You get thrown into real work early on, which can be intense—but it means you're learning fast and building actual skills, not just observing. There's a lot of trust—no micromanaging, no one clock-watching you. You’re given the space to work in a way that suits you best. HR was cool and supportive and ensured a seamless transitioning into the company

Desventajas

It's fast-paced and expectations are high. If you’re not used to working in a startup-like environment, it might feel like too much at first. benefits are still catching up

Thank you for your feedback, we have moved to 5 days a week since 2022. The 0 to 1 journey, unfortunately, is very stressful and needs a lot of effort and quick iteration to ensure we have the right product-market fit, so I apologise if that journey was stressful.
