Ventajas
There is nothing to share they are hiring the candidates for Customer Support but there is no jobrol for customer support...you have to do monitoring..too much politics inside the team...if you have any referrals then only you can get the job otherwise all are fake interview....please if you're married or having family then never plan for this organisation because there is no job security....you can be fired on 1 call without any reason....
Desventajas
Much politics, no policy, no job security if ur package is high then u can be terminated any time without any reason.... while as per their offer letter it's mentioned that can't be terminated untill and unless u r not found guilty but they are not following and ...please think about ur carrier before joining....at 06 April 2020 they fired 25-40 emp from india without any prior information ..there is no billable projects..
