Ventajas
Working with the students and staff and setting an example for them and watching them grow and develop while they learn to be independent. Our area had great support from our Director and staff. It was great coming to work having federal holidays off, no micromanaging etc. they just let you do your job
Desventajas
Once the contract ended, ParadigmWG moved in started micromanaging threatening giving everyone an insane amount of tasks. Once the tasks are completed, they change their mind. You wasted time. The constant negativity, being belittled, disrespecting the staff to the point that everyone started giving notice. A large turnover at the campus from staff that was there for years and staff who were there for a few months. The students suffer the most from this. They get attached to their teachers, counselors, and other staff members. When they find out that they are not employed there anymore, they feel that another person that should be there to help them succeed has left them.
