Ventajas

My experience with PaperCut, from the interview process to onboarding, has been fantastic! The interview felt more like a friendly chat than a formal meeting. The team was incredibly supportive and made me feel comfortable being myself. I've learned so much during the onboarding process. It's been a great way to dive into PaperCut's culture and understand how things work. The whole experience has been positive!

Desventajas

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
