Desventajas

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.

Co-workers are great to work with, good benefits.

Desventajas

Key personel in the company have left, mainly those that cared about the employees below them. Resulting in a company that is more for looks than substance. When the achieved number 1 in their field they rewarded many employees by laying them off and treating them horribly on their last day.
