The working environment is laid back but professional and everyone knows exactly what their responsibilities are. The senior C-Level management team in the office offers a great base of guidance and knowledge however also allows employees to bring their own ideas and skill sets to the table. You will never feel like you are being micro-managed in the Costa Mesa office. New ideas from employees while always not executable will always be welcomed by management. Overall a great place to work and the culture is above and beyond what you will find in most office jobs.

Collaboration between multiple offices (US & Canada) could be improved upon at times.
