      Ventajas

      There is a lot of support for professional development. It is more diverse as compared to other private schools in New York. Colleagues are wonderful, hardworking and serious about their discipline.

      Desventajas

      Stressful culture -- among both students and faculty. Faculty often feel overstretched with duties that go beyond teaching. There are many poorly organized meetings both during and after school. High turnover among faculty.

      Worked with a lot of Independent Schools and this by far is the best of the best

      Work was inconsistent. Lots of favoritism.
