Good internship program where you work on real projects with other engineers. Great work - life balance since there's enough time to finish your tasks in 8 hours work time. Two team building events per yer - one on team level and another on company level. Great team spirit and great people. Education program for conferences is a great way how company invest in it's employees.
Desventajas
Too corporate environment - there's a procedure for everything. Low compensation for middle and senior level engineers.
