      Ventajas

      Flexibility and great for people that can manage themselves without much oversight. Small company with wonderful people.

      Desventajas

      The company is lateral (everyone reports up to owner) and your growth depends on your own individual initiative. You have to be very proactive in your development (ask for opportunities), or you can stay stagnant.
