PPC Partners is an employee-owned electrical contractor that has been in business for 75 years and promotes safety and people development as it's top priority. I started with PPC Partners over 10 years ago and can honestly say that managers provide employees with the resources they need to grow to their full potential. People with dedication and high drive will thrive here.

Sometimes travel is required due to project location but this is typical for this industry. Managers try to keep people close to home when possible.

I have worked for the company for almost 3 years and have been promoted one time. I think the salary is competitive, the benefits are great, and the company really cares about learning and development. Work life balance is also great compared to my previous jobs. I also love the culture- everyone has been great to work with so far and it has the feel of a family atmosphere.

Very busy schedule, but it is manageable. There have been a lot of changes in the last two years with new system rollouts and staff changes, so trying to manage all of the change has been tough.
