      Ventajas

      Got good salary to start with and due to the small size of the company, lots of visual presence.

      Desventajas

      Lots of bad politics, favoritism existed in the workplace. No flexibility and the HR was not helpful at all when dealing with solving any issues.

      Very competent technical team. Market leader in terms of market share. Management very approachable. Feels like you've working at a startup.

      Desventajas

      None of the potential benefits of working at a startup. Unrealistic and unreasonable schedules in the past 3 years have left the engineering team with very low morale.
