This creates a family like environment. 2) Large training field to learns on maintaining the highway i.e pavement, slope, structure, traffic, toll system, electrical, contract, project, facilities etc
Desventajas
Slow career growth, no clear career path, poor training and succession plans, low salaries, low increments, low bonuses, and many other benefits have been cut, especially to lower grade staffs
