Ventajas
The support staff are great - the employees that actually do all the work. There are some amazingly talented people at PJS - all under appreciated and eager to find a more positive place to go.
Desventajas
Extremely high staff turnover. The PJS senior leadership team ( 3 owners ) can be described in many ways but no rational person would use positive terms. Any positive comments about the owners on this board would be written by one of the owners pretending to be an employee. Their value system is misplaced. One of the owners purposely sets up employees to fail and then publicly humiliates them for doing so. He then publicly claims that he is the only person of value in the organization and that everyone else is dispensable. Worse - the President lets this happen. Possibly because he is so preoccupied yelling at employees ( he believes that this helps ) or having another meeting with an employee to ask them what they do for the company - possibly he is hoping they will say something different than what they said during a similar meeting the pervious week. He cannot seem to remember what anyone does. Or, he may be busy yelling at a customer for not paying their bill. A bill the customer refuses to pay until PJS completes the work he promised to have completed the last time he called to yell at them. They are mean spirited, highly critical and unsupportive. About the only thing consistent about the owners is their erratic and destructive behaviour. These people are not passionate about what they do. They resent their employees and dislike their customers: publicly criticizing both.
