While the firm sells itself on collaboration in the design process it is an environment where they would rather not have your input and staff are scared to speak up. - Pay increases are hard to come by. - Lack of transparency on overtime pay and advancement. - Low pay relative to comparable firms. The firm advertises generous bonuses during contract negotiations but they are anything but. - Controlling partners who do not get along.
