Ventajas
My coworkers are happy, helpful, and want to do their job well. I keep waiting to see the "stick" from management, but so far all I've seen is carrots. I didn't think it was possible in tech, but PDQ is ran/staffed entirely by smart, kind, thoughtful people. I feel pressure to do well here just because everyone else is so great. Management really seems to be responsible decision makers. Also, the executive team are not the founders. I cannot stress enough how much that improves the office environment compared to other tech companies in the area. We don't have some unhinged founder/CEO/psycho from Utah county standing behind us while they have a panic attack over their remaining cash runway. We have, from my perspective, professional managers with a plan. To any job seekers reading this review: I also read every glassdoor review for PDQ before accepting the job and the hype is real!
Desventajas
It's truly difficult to think of any. Any complaints I have are related to something inherent to my role, not PDQ.
