Ventajas

PCPC Direct is very customer focused and the owners care about the happiness and success of their employees. Everyone has the opportunity to excel and sales reps that are entrepreneurial can build their own success.

Desventajas

PCPC tries to sell everything to everyone, but should focus on the core products and services for which they excel. Sales is 100% commission.

Ventajas

Supervisor was very nice and work wasn't disorganized so everything was straight-forward.

Desventajas

Co-workers can be rude or obnoxious, but they weren't too bad.

Ventajas

Ok work/life balance. Not "clock watchers" "Some" nice people

Desventajas

Helpdesk mostly just creates tickets to hand off to others The others that handle issues are in very short supply. If 1 or 2 key individuals realized their worth and moved on the company would suffer. Employee equipment is dated and in short supply. Work was rarely related to my area of expertise Need a very thick skin to put up with a certain individual. Overall odd vibe. All of this is subjective of course and based off of my experience only.
