Ventajas
Benefits and wages seemed fair initially, but then they took away paid sick time.
Convenient location to Broken Arrow. Flex time was a big plus. Owner is a fine gentleman.
Desventajas
Management was handed over to persons without a clue. They are big into pumping sunshine and lollypops and don't want to hear anything that resembles logic or reality. They like droids who all think alike and don't speak up. Yet, they want you to think of the company as a family. Yeah, like the Mafia is a family. Known to sneak behind you and "eliminate" you unexpectedly.
