      Ventajas

      Great pay and benefits. Lots of job security if you are willing to come to work every day. Benefits are awesome.

      Desventajas

      No room for advancement. They have completely moved away from promoting from within. If you are happy getting to a certain position and staying there forever then this might be the job for you.

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
