Ventajas

- Given lots of wiggle room to shape my department, I feel I have an impact. - I feel valued. - I get along well with my manager and leadership and they're interested and will listen to what I have to say. - I get respectful feedback on what I need to do to progress.

Desventajas

- The company is very busy, and it can be hard to keep up with developments sometimes; different teams will have different ways of keeping external people up to date with what they're up to and this can cause confusion/lost information sometimes. - It feels hard to connect with people in a personal way across the company.

Ventajas

The friendliest company I've ever worked for, Tebex is fully remote, which works well for me. Yet everyone is super-active on Slack, and super-friendly, and it has all the positives of working in person.

Desventajas

We are often super-busy, but I prefer that to being bored! New hires happen at a good pace, but in a way that strengthens the team and the culture.
