There is a level of humanity at Orgain that isn't present at many companies. Expect Slack messages and passive-aggressive emails at all hours. Too many conflicting voices. Projects are paralyzed by indecision and ego. Leadership hides dysfunction behind “wellness.” Internal meetings are filled with unsolicited medical and lifestyle advice, often triggering to those with lived experiences around body image or eating disorders. Classism is baked into the culture. There’s a clear divide between those who lead and those who serve—and it shows in every meeting, every “perk,” and every policy. Cult-like behavior is encouraged. Dissent is not welcomed. Honest feedback is dismissed as negativity, while empty enthusiasm is rewarded.
