Terrible management who couldn't care less about the staff, all about favouritism. Blame culture, people snitch on each other to cover their own backs, lack of accountability from mistakes caused by senior staff, no respect, favouring their own immediate team over the rest, micro management, absolutely horrible attitude from senior staff that intentionally kill your motivation and self eateem. They promote staff that they get along with rather than staff who have served 10+ years and hsve good knowledge, people joined less than 5 years ago and they just get salary increases and promotions despite others haveing more potential. They keep knowledge to themselves rather than share it with the rest of the team, unorganised. Everything a company shouldn't have, they do and they do nothing to solve it despite how aware they are of their behaviour, despicable.
