Ventajas
Please don't believe in the latest positive reviews saying that "problems are all gone now", "Found its Potential Back", "we are back on the track", ""Overall good organization"" etc. Those are false reviews, purely written by the HR/management. Because they started hiring new people. You can check the jobs section and the latest openings. And there is no career growth. Since two years, they din't paid the performance bonus, increment & arrears. Salaries never comes on time. Whenever you ask the manager about the salary & increment delays, he will suggest you to leave the organization. He also threatens you to don't go legally. It will not solve the problem and you dont get a new job. Because of their financial crisis, they fired me and given the reason due to poor perfomance. How fare is this? I lost a lot of my money on this organization.Current employees are still facing the issues. They feared of putting papers because once they resign, the management won't pay the pending bonuses & increments. There will be a huge loss to them.
Desventajas
Guys, dont spoil your career by join this company. We already suffered a lot and still suffering. You will definitely regret, if you join this comapny. Stay away from Orchestrate Systems Pvt. Ltd.
