- Favouritism - Office politics - Only few people progress quickly (this was different 2+ years ago as the company was a lot smaller) - Only hire graduates - overworked and underpaid - Management write fake 5* Glassdoor reviews (September 2022 reviews) and current employees are asked to write good reviews - ‘Promote’ people and give more responsibility without increasing salaries or benefits - Toxic attitude towards working from home and taking annual leave - Managers have no management experience or training - No HR process in place - Very limited benefits - The sales environment is highly toxic - Lack of transparency in progression - Lack of diversity - not considered in hiring - Hire overqualified people who then leave quickly - Not a helpful job for your overall career - no real skills learnt - Very high turnover, not many people stay over a year (as a result of the above)
