      Ventajas

      - Great work-life balance due to a lot of flexibility with working hours, remote work and accommodating management when it comes to personal needs - Everyone is incredibly friendly and always available if you need any help - Any problems you might bring up relating to the company or about yourself are listened to and addressed as soon as able

      Desventajas

      The lack of documentation about the product and company itself is still somewhat apparent but since the problem was brought up by many of the employees, it has progressively been worked on and is getting much better

      Ventajas

      People are young, mostly nice, good work life balance. Drinks on friday can be fun. Informal environment (can be good or bad depending on you)

      Desventajas

      100% Dutch employees. Good if you are Dutch and want to work exclusively with dutch market and in Dutch. No training, even with “feedback sessions”, no improvement and no sales training. Terrible salary and compensation. No career progression. Expect to be given false promises regarding your future. You should only work there if you are Dutch and starting your career, using it as a stepping stone. Company is not improving in any way, quite the opposite.
