While the comments are in no way reflective of the firm’s atmosphere at that time, it has become much more than a recruiting firm, with an enhanced critical intelligence function benefiting both recruiter and clients. The people who work at the Options Group - and there are many who have years of experience in the recruiting business as well as at the firm - are talented and well educated. Some even have doctorate degrees in the sciences and quantitative mathematics. All of this makes for a collegial working environment. Regarding cold calls, they are part of recruiting process; if you don’t want to make them, don’t work in recruiting. We also have an in house university for training and development for all employees. Most importantly, our pay structures are competitive with industry standards along with bonus rates.
