I personally feel that there are few things we look for when we judge a good place to work 1. Work life balance 2. Technical growth 3. Monetary growth 4. Professional growth 5. Accountability 6. Accessibility 7. Your voice being heard 8. Opportunity to prove individual’s knowledge and capability If you work for Open systems, you got this all.. everyone at the firm is available for you 24*7 whether it’s your manager , director or the HR and accounts team Another good thing about the company is equality.. you do a Mission control Shift (NOC) …your manger does it.. and so does his manager which implies we are same platform. One last thing is the reachability .. you can ping anyone including the CEO as well if you have something to discuss, everyone in firm is ready to help/listen/feedback
Desventajas
I won’t say it’s a con but I would really suggest that there must be more interaction between Indian office and Zurich office for more knowledge sharing.
