Ventajas
Work from home position in 2012 before it became the norm.
Desventajas
Low pay, constant and heavy work load on a automated dial system. Many times the issue isn’t resolved and if it is possible you are dinged for taking the time to do so. Granted it more the contract’s SLA (service level agreement) by the ISP than OneSupport’s fault.
