Typical fast paced, agile environment, European style flat hierarchy structure with minimal politics and more focus on work. - Slowly things started to change as new Management head got recruited. Being from typical service company, they tried to establish work culture which doesn't necessarily works in a fast paced product company. Employee who resisted such change were fired. New people were hired which were already known to them without formal interview. - And slowly things became worst. Most of the competent lead developers who were running the solutions from Gurgaon center resigned from company. - CEO is very competent, and has establish really good work culture in Danish center. He needs to have more focus on Gurgaon center too.
