Desventajas
Specifically for Gurgaon Center - It used to be a good center to work with initially. Some great like minded, technically competent lead developers were handling the solutions from Gurgaon center. Typical fast paced, agile environment, European style flat hierarchy structure with minimal politics and more focus on work. - Slowly things started to change as new Management head got recruited. Being from typical service company, they tried to establish work culture which doesn't necessarily works in a fast paced product company. Employee who resisted such change were fired. New people were hired which were already known to them without formal interview. - And slowly things became worst. Most of the competent lead developers who were running the solutions from Gurgaon center resigned from company. - CEO is very competent, and has establish really good work culture in Danish center. He needs to have more focus on Gurgaon center too.
