Ventajas

The starting pay at the agency is high for the Marion County area. So if you get hired on, DON'T TRUST A SOUL. Your Friends or Management will be the first to STAB YOU IN THE BACK. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY.

Desventajas

There’s a lot of favoritism in this agency. If you’re not kissing butt you’ll be treated like crap and over looked. Directors, Assistant Directors and Supervisors need to treat everyone fairly and the same but they don’t. When you have a problem and you’re not in the so called in crowd your complaint doesn’t go any further and they label you as a trouble maker. The state needs to stop funding this agency (CLM-WWDA) and get another privately run agency to take it over. They mismanage state funds on a regular bases. Each and every year ALL employees have to worry about being laid off. If your not in the in crowd then you’re the first to go.

Ventajas

The other employees are very nice people who really cared.

Desventajas

NO BENEFITS - NONE. Only their favorites got promoted, hard work didn't matter. Whole sections of employees were treated badly.
