Ventajas
We have really nice teammates here. The people are friendly, and it is easy to get help if you have some problems with your work. It is also nice that once a year we have a company event where you can actually meet the colleagues who work abroad. The work-life balance and flexibility are good, and we have many benefits like free language courses, MOOCs, and discounts for things like sports, well-being, and transportation. The company is a leader in LCA software, and the staff is very multicultural with more than 12 nationalities. Also, the bonus system has improved a lot over the years. It is a good place to learn because you work every day with experts in LCA, circular economy, and embodied carbon.
Desventajas
The team is working on better coordination and communication between the different teams. This should be a priority.
