Monthly incentives for teams and individuals. Great support for peoples wellbeing, The people that work here become more than colleagues.

      Desventajas

      Pay, the wages for some the basic pay is not enough especially for what they do, Sometimes it can be hard for people to meet bonuses, sometimes it can be a little unrealistic for targets.
