      Ventajas

      One Call has a great culture and charity event every month including dress up's and dress downs, it has also grown a wonderful community in which everyone is supported and achievements are celebrated.

      Desventajas

      No leeway on overtime statistics, if you are one off of the target you will be paid the basic rate.

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Desventajas

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
