Ventajas
Quantity of knowledge in your head will increase (only quantity not quality ;)). Saturday Sunday off. Salary on time.
Desventajas
Cons is way more heavy than Pros. First and foremost thing if you are joining there just because you don't have other options then make sure you take a look on the notice period mentioned in joining letter. If its 60 days take a copy or picture of it and frame it but if it's written (60 days and can be extended) ..BAM! You are trapped. At the time of resigning, (which you will do for sure out of frustration) they will increase your notice period and suddenly the company X which you will be joining will expect you to join in 60days will have to reject you coz your new notice period will be now 90 days . I have seen my other friends crying and cursing them coz of this. Ironically this happens specially to must hardworking, smart and talented people in team, rest get saved from this tragedy sometimes. Secondly they will load with such a burden of work that there will be no option for you to grow yourself and neither can you prepare for you dream goals. And now you will say but we have saturday and sunday, Those are just for your body relief buddy and to get prepared for next deadly week, you will be highly exhausted. If you will stay there for long, you will not be able to get job somewhere else, if that company will get closed due to any of the reason there manager and tech leads will be jobless.
