Benefits are a joke. Health insurance is high combined with a high deductible. Dental insurance is worthless. Only decent insurance is the vision. This bank goes by the good ol boy network. If you don't bend over for the older generation who have been there forever and do their job for them since they are technology illiterate then be prepared to face backlash or fired for not kissing up. Training programs are a joke. They lock you out of all systems with no hands on training then use it against you when you have limited experience doing a certain task. They give no warning or chance to address any problems and will fire you for any little thing if they don't like you. Pay is low and promotions are a joke as you will get a minimal pay raise.
