Absolutely disgraceful company. I’ve worked for them twice, hoping things might have improved, but the management culture is just as bad as ever. One of the managers, Octavious, made an insulting comment about my weight and called me fat — completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in any workplace.
What made it even worse was the company’s refusal to take the complaint seriously or investigate it properly. Instead of addressing inappropriate behaviour from management, they chose to ignore it and protect their own staff.
This company clearly has serious issues with leadership, accountability, and respect for employees. Based on my experience, management are all the same — rude, dismissive, and unwilling to deal with legitimate concerns. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of working here to think twice.
