I had the pleasure of working at OTSI, it has been an incredibly positive experience. The work environment is highly supportive, my Manager for his guidance and support have been invaluable and always helps us with our work and client interactions. I'm fortunate to work with supportive colleagues who always help each other and manage tasks well, ensuring that no one feels overwhelmed. The HR and internal team is very understanding and makes sure everyone feels comfortable at work. Our non-IT service staff are respectful and keep everything running smoothly. Our Chairman is incredibly supportive and regularly appreciates our efforts, which really motivates us. Overall, OTSI is a fantastic place to work with a supportive environment.
