Ventajas
Overall a great company to work for. The topics are very interesting and the customer base is amazing. I really enjoyed the freedom, excellent infrastructure and career opportunities. Would have loved to stay longer but the recent management changes were handled very poorly and I ultimately decided to leave.
Desventajas
Current management is a complete disaster (especially in the sales area). They lack vision and simply hold on to the past. The current strategy can be summarized as: "The next ten years will be exactly like the last ten." The tone set by top management in the US & Europe is abysmal.
