-The pay is not worth all the mental and emotional trauma this place will cause you. -The operations managers are super rude and they don't care about you. -The management is super shady - The company will change their policy multiple times and won't let you read it but will make you sign it -The company will find any reason to fire you -The company will also assure you that everything is okay and we are doing an amazing job but then will close a whole department down a week later and will find reasons to fire you so you can't collect unemployment. -One of the operation managers has talked to and messed around with multiple female agents, but every time they question him about it he will deny it even though the females have proof. - The other operation manager is very rude and she will make fun of you about the way you look and your weight and when I reported it she didn't get any type corrective action. -The Team leaders on the floor are okay but one of them is super lazy and doesn't do his job at all , but they keep him around since he is always up the operation managers butts. -If you don't know someone there or up managements butt then they don't care about you. -They will tell you that everyone is getting a raise, but then you will never get it and when you bring it to their attention they will come up with an excuse as to why you didn't get it. -They will also say everyone's getting a raise but then give it to people that don't deserve one.
